Psychological Assessment / Therapy

£120 per 50-minute session

Face-to-face or online therapy is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy or EMDR and typically lasts six to 24 sessions depending on complexity, severity and your personal goals. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.

Extended session

£240 per 100-minute session

These longer sessions can be helpful for trauma processing or follow-up reviews.

Supervision

£100 per 45 minute session

I am an experienced supervisor and offer supervision for psychologists and therapists. References available on request.

I provide training and workshops on a wide variety of topics including staff wellbeing, mananging stress, and establishing effective relationships. Please contact me to discuss your training requirements.

Payment

Payment should be made by bank transfer in advance of your appointment. Cancellations will be charged at full session rate unless 24 hours notice is given.

Health insurance

I am registered with BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva, Cigna and Vitality. If you have private health insurance, you plan may cover all or some of the cost of your treatment. Please ensure that your treatment has been authorised by your insurance provider. Cancellations will be charged at full session rate unless 24 hours notice is given.
